Welcome To Abofra Foundaton
The name Abofra means a child in the Akan (Twi) language in Ghana. The reason for the choice of name is that, children are the hope and future leaders of every town, community, country or nation.
We provide Free Computer Education to every child in Ghana especially the deprived child , thus raising generational innovators in Ghana to solve local problems . Also we empower the deprived children through imagination. We believe that by embracing creativity in children, they then embark on a journey to create and innovate.

What They Say About Us
Volunteering at Abofra Foundation in Ghana gave us a first hand experience of life in Africa. Also an opportunity to teach the kids about theatre. I miss the kids 🙂

I love art, the Abofra Art Project made my time memorable. The kids are creative and fun to be with. I did visit again and can’t wait to be back .
