Mentally Challenged Cobbler Empowered With Working Tools.

Amewugah, is a young man in his mid 30’s from Ogbojo – Madina, Ghana, lost his dad through a short illness few days ago. Although Amewugah is mentally challenged, he is very forceful and try’s to feed himself by being a cobbler or “shoe maker” as affectionately called in Ghana.

As part of our compassionate nature, Abofra foundation supported him with these items… thread , shoe making box ,leather , shoe, nails, polish ,Glue , Hook and an undisclosed cash.

Amewugah has expressed his profound gratitude to the Abofra foundation for the support and has promised to use the tools and make a living from it .
